Hey! I'm Margaux, the person behind Loux Print. From Herent, close to Leuven, I help companies, associations, and individuals with personalized printwork and merchandise.

What started as an interest has grown over the past few years into a small-scale business where I happily work on all sorts of projects: from small creative ideas to larger print orders.

Because I work with print every day, I can also help clients with choices that are sometimes less obvious: the right paper, printing technique, or finish that best suits their project. Some clients already know exactly what they want, while others are mainly looking for someone to brainstorm with, both are perfectly fine.

How Loux Print Works

Part of the production takes place in my own studio, and for other techniques I collaborate with reliable partners who share the same attention to quality. This way, I can offer a wide range of services without losing the personal touch.

As Loux Print is a small company, contact is always made through a direct contact person. You will always be in touch with me personally, from your initial inquiry to shipping.

Methodology

Step 1: Request a quote

Send me an email with as many details as possible: which product, quantity, desired materials, use (indoor/outdoor, event, daily...), and possibly an idea of the design. The more information you provide, the better I can advise you and the more accurate the quote will be.

Deadline? Always state your desired delivery date, even if it seems far off. This way, I can take it into account from the start and avoid surprises.

Step 2: Quote & advice

You will receive a customized quote with clear prices and timing. I actively brainstorm with you: sometimes there are alternative materials or sizes that better suit your budget or use. Once you agree, we will proceed.

Step 3: Files & design

You have two options here, depending on your situation:

  1. Your own print-ready files: Do you already have a design or a graphic designer? Then you provide the print-ready files yourself. I will provide you with detailed instructions for free so that everything is technically correct (format, resolution, bleed, color profile...).
  2. Need help with design? No problem. For an additional fee, I work with my regular graphic designer to bring your idea to life. From simple adjustments to a completely new design.

Step 4: Production

Once the files are approved, production begins. I work in my own workshop or with quality partners and will keep you informed of the progress.

Step 5: Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice, throughout Belgium and the BENELUX. Delivery to France, Germany or other countries is possible upon request. Is something not right upon receipt? I will work with you to find a suitable solution.

From Herent to the rest of the Benelux

Loux Print is based in Herent (Leuven region), but projects now extend much further than that. I work with clients throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France, so delivery is also possible throughout the Benelux and France.

Creative Background

Besides Loux Print, I also have a more creative project where I can express my love for stationery, stickers, and crocheted plushies. It's a place where I can try out new ideas and techniques, which often also inspires projects at Loux Print.
