How can I request a quote?

You can easily request a quote by sending an email. Feel free to describe what you have in mind: the product, the desired quantity, and possibly a deadline. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a customized proposal.

Can I also order small quantities?

Yes, absolutely. At Loux Print, both small and large print runs are welcome. Whether you need 10 business cards or 5,000 flyers, I always look for the most affordable and high-quality solution for your situation.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the product and the quantity. I always provide a realistic timeline with the quote. Do you have an urgent deadline? Please let me know, and I'll see what's possible.

Do you also deliver outside of Leuven?

Absolutely. Loux Print delivers throughout Belgium and the BENELUX. Upon request, delivery to countries such as France and Germany is also possible. Please mention your location in your request, and I will take it into account in the quote.

Which products can I have printed?

The range is very broad. The four main categories are: printing (flyers, folders, business cards, brochures, posters...), large format (banners, roll-ups, banners, flags, sheet material...), gadgets & promotional gifts (pens, drinkware, goodies...) and textiles (T-shirts, sweaters, bags, sports textiles...). Do you have something specific in mind? Feel free to ask, chances are it's possible.

Can I have a complete brand package made? (print materials, textiles, goodies, ...)

Yes. Loux Print acts as a true one-stop shop: from business cards and stationery to branded textiles and promotional materials for a fair. You don't have to visit multiple suppliers; I coordinate everything for you.

What if I don't have a design file?

No problem. I'm happy to help you think it through and I work with graphic designers. Do you already have a logo or corporate identity? If so, we'll apply it to the desired product.

I am a company/hospitality business/association/private individual. Can Loux Print do something for me?

Absolutely. Loux Print works for a very broad audience: private individuals, student associations, catering establishments, event organizers, SMEs, and large companies. Every order is different and is completely custom-made. Whether it's menus, branded T-shirts for your staff, or a complete exhibition stand, I can help you.

Quality & service

What if my order is not satisfactory?

I always look for a solution. If something is not right, I do everything I can to correct it, even reprinting it for free. Transparency and honesty are more important to me than sweeping things under the rug quickly.

Can I get a sample or swatch for my order?

That depends on the product. For certain orders, a digital proof (PDF or mockup) is possible before you approve. For other orders, a physical sample can be discussed. Please be sure to request this in your quote inquiry.

Are the materials used sustainable?

I always work with high-quality and, where possible, sustainable materials. If you specifically want to choose eco-friendly alternatives (such as recycled paper or organic textiles), let me know, and I will find the best possible option for you.
